Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

When picture goes out, is the screen entirely dead black, as if powered off?
Or is it still lit/glowing, just with no image?
Can you bring up the seiki on screen setup menu?

If you hold a flashlight to the screen, can you make out any image that way?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The pix never comes on..only the sound
No seiki logo or anything until i turn the tv off and back on..
Then the pix comes on and the sound is back on

Posted by JustAnswer at customer's request) Hello. I would like to request the following Expert Service(s) from you: Live Phone Call. Let me know if you need more information, or send me the service offer(s) so we can proceed.

Thank you for the information.

Can you answer those other specific questions I asked, or accept the call offer if you prefer to talk by phone.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.

You specifically requested a phone call. There is an additional fee for that, though it is an optional service.

For me to help you, I need specific details, which you have not yet replied to:

Yes, I do understand, but I've asked you to check some specific things for me.

Did you test for the menu?
Did you test with the flashlight as I asked you to?

You've been charged the full agreed upon amount, per the terms you initially agreed to, by the site.

I'm trying to get complete details from you to provide the most accurate answer possible.

Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.

If you cannot or will not provide that, I'll assume it is a no to all questions, and give information accordingly,

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I wil comtest it with paypal and write a bad review if im charged 18 dollars
Good night
Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.

You have already paid that fee, which is what you agreed to.

You haven't paid me anything, just the site. Would you like me to continue with your answer or not?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I agreed to 5 and 18 if satisfied
Im not satisfied at all
Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.

No, you agreed to a total question value of $18 that is paid upon corresponding with an expert, which is ultimately refundable upon request. You may want to check the terms and conditions that you signed up for.

As you no longer seem to want to continue, I'll opt out at this point, and you may seek a refund through the help page.

If you prefer to continue, let me know. Again, I'm just trying to help, and needed some additional details from you to do so, so that I could provide a satisfactory answer.

Best of luck to you

Nathan
