My TV was working fine until this morning. When I turned it

Customer Question

My TV was working fine until this morning.
When I turned it off during the night I must have hit a wrong button because today I cannot get my TV cannels. I tried reading the instruction manual but have not been able to get back to my shows. Yesterday I was watching abc, espn, qvc, etc. Please answer in lain English as I am 83 and not up-to-date on the latest technology.

Welcome! We are now connected together on this convenient website. I am an experienced electronics field technician and your satisfaction is my top priority. To get started we need more information (additional details may be required):

1. Who is your tv channel provider?

2. Do you normally change channels with the Vizio tv remote or with the channel provider's remote?
