The issue you're having is not within normal operation of the set- since you already shut off the Intelligent Sensor. So there isn't a one shot answer without my asking for more info.
Can you please tell me how long you've owned the set for?
Also what is the FULL model number off the back of the set?
Have you tried resetting the TV to factory defaults yet please?
