I have a 2yrs old 65" Vizio Flat Screen Smart TV and cannot

I have a 2yrs old 65" Vizio Flat Screen Smart TV and cannot get my wi-fi connected. I contact my provider comcast to look at it and they said to contact vizio. The ticket # ***** comcast is CR524481472. The TV was working fine 3 days ago. What is the problem?

Hello, The ticket number doesn't help us in any way.

Please reply back with the following:

1) How old is the TV?

2) How far away is the TV from the router (roughly)?

3) What have you tried so far?
