Hello, The ticket number doesn't help us in any way.
Please reply back with the following:
1) How old is the TV?
2) How far away is the TV from the router (roughly)?
3) What have you tried so far?
I was actually asking what the provider had you try so far so we can save time.
I don't have anything at all to do with billing or cancelling. If you don't want help then you would handle your own billing through customer service via the home page. I am no longer involved.
