Hello, Did the cable tech reboot the cable box? Did he also try another source like a DVD player on the set to successfully trouble shoot?
I'm only asking since if the TV is actually at fault- this requires replacement of the Mainboard- which is no longer available for purchase, and in that case- and external, powered set of speakers would be needed to connect directly to the cable box.
Let me know.
