I have and older sharp color tv-it has gone to black and white, but has color as an example the channel numbers are yellow on the screen. I have tried to adust the color but the picture is black and white. Is it the tv or I have comcast cable. Is it the tv or a cable company problem?

no. A black little box with a green light and channels can be selected with sharp remote or comcast cable remote.

Wait 5 seconds plug the POWER cord back in.

No red or green cables ...just a coaxial white cable from antenna connection on back of tv to little black

tv is at sisters house. Cannot give you the model number. And no have no other tv to work with. I have exchanged the cable box with the cable company. Comcast is awful. They gave me a defective coaxial cable when I exchanged it. And no I canot provide the model number of cable box. I am not at my sisters house.
