Hi there and welcome

Can you tell me please exactly which screen you are referring to?

then one to choose your network? Enter your password?

Or just the settings menu in General?

Thank you

When i press the menu key on my remote the general menu appears for about 3 seconds and then goes away. The same thing happens when i press the netflix key on my remote. I have recently canceled my dish network and i am trying to set up netflix.

Ok, to be sure its not the remote messing up, can you put new batteries in the remote and tell me if you still have the issue please.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have already tried that.

Can you then unplug it from the power.

Then on the TV itself hold the power button in for 60 seconds then release.

Then wait 10 minutes

connect the power and tell me if the menu now stays on the screen please.

That didn't work.

Still the menu wont stay up longer then 3 seconds correct?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Correct or netflix

Thanks

It is the internal memory that has faulted.

A corrupted firmware can cause this. But we have ruled this out by trying to hard reset it. The fact that the menu will not even stay up, confirms this as the issue. It is not a software problem (we ruled this out)

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the TV to have this replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.

I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
