Can you tell me a bit more about the problem, please?I'm in the US, so perhaps I'm not understanding some of your terminology, but I'm unclear what you mean by "scratched" and "norwalk".
Do you mean you had static (fuzzy, black and white dots, etc)?Do you have sound still through the tv speakers?Can you bring up the tvs on screen setup menu?
Does it happen with all inputs/sources (aerial, cable/satellite, dvd, etc)?
I also need you to please recheck your model number information, as that does not appear to be valid.
