Okay and how much are you paying for the lamps??

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Why does that matter for answering this question?
Expert:  Aric replied 1 year ago.

It does matter because cheaper lamps can cause this issue right out of the box. We've been dealing with DLP projectors and TV's for many years. I would not ask if it did not matter- since I don't want to waste anybody's time here- yours or my own. Thank you.

Okay. When you fire up the projector, do the fans kick on followed by a slight click and buzz of the ballast trying to spark the lamps?

Also- what were the symptoms of the unit prior to replacement?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Prior to replacing lamps, lamp 2 light indicator blinks in single increments. After lamps replaced. Upon power up, no fans. Strike is not happening. Power light goes green for about 3 seconds, yellow, then red. Then lamp 1 and 2 blink in single increments.

Strange, if no fans then I would not have any ideas since the original symptoms don't match the post lamp replacement symptoms. I will opt out and allow another expert to assist.
