Hello, my name is Rusty. Sorry to keep you waiting, I was hoping another expert would have a better idea. You can't save YouTube contents to the TV, that is a copyright violation, and LG is held accountable so they don't make that feature. I have looked for your manual, but it seems it is in your TV, but you CAN store favorites from YouTube. When you select the favorite, it brings you back to YouTube so the author gets credit.

You can put your own music library on a flash drive with your computer. Just copy the songs to the drive, and your TV will know what to do with the files so you can go through the list, and listen to your music.

The refund will come, but you're asking too much of your TV to do what you want it to. There isn't technology like that that exists. You'll never be able to download HD content from Youtube, thanks to Metallica (true story).
