- Can you please get me the complete model number written on back of TV? it could be 42PD7800TA or some thing?

- When do you get "Demonstration Picture Master On/Off" display on screen?

Thanks.

Hi ShadidThe model number is
42PD7800TA.The message appeared after my cat sat on the remote control. The message is constantly on the screen during viewing and going 'on/off' randomly.I searched the Manual and could find no reference anywhere to this message - I would have thought it would be somewhere in the Picture Menu or Function Menu - but there was nothing. I hope you can help - its driving us crazy! Thanks

Thanks for the info.

There is an option 'Mode Display' in Function Menu, have you tried to set it Off that might help?
