Yes the set is still under warranty until November 2015 (assuming you never took out extended warranty), please though check the leads from any box you may be using satellite or cable are all home and good both at the box and the TV itself and let me know this is good before we move on

OK if you try another input like a DVD player is this the same ?this will eliminat any box you may be using

so you tried a dvd player and its the same on there, you do have a prob with the set please use the warranty as it could be tcon or panel probs
