Are you referring to the HDMI banner usually in the top left or right hand corner?

that correct. I have connected my camera to the TV and each time when I operate the camera and it takes time to display on the screen, that banner appears.

I am using the camera connected to the TV to record a session and the banner is very annoying as it appears each time, when I switch the TV from live view to play back mode.

Hello, Please check for a "Display" button and if it's not there then postback with the correct model number off the back of the TV (the one you posted is not valid).

Okay do you see a Display button on your Sony remote?

There is no display button, but the i+ button is there.

Okay and the Info button does or does not remove the HDMI icon?

Since I use the TV to present to an audience and that keeps appearing, I physically cannot use the remote to keep pressing the i+ button to make that disappear.

Okay, sorry but that's the way the TV is designed. It will pop up momentarily as the signal is being picked up from that Input setting. The Info button is the only way to remove it, and it will keep popping up. Sorry for the bad news on this one and I wish I had a quick fix.
