Have TV Questions? Ask a TV Technician
Hello , my name is Jack Perhaps I can help you with this problem but first i would have a few questions so could you please send me a reply when you are ready to proceed ?
Thanks , a few questions coming up ;
What do you call the power card in this tv , do you have the board number ?
Is it where the power cord plugs in ?
Is this the board you replaced , link below;
Did you see any of what I posted above ??
What is the tv doing now ?
Does it come on ?
You said "no signal " does that mean that the screen lights up ?
O.k and was that the original problem after the drill incident ?
For example if you re-install the old power board , does it act the same ?
Right now this looks more like a main board problem to me
O.k then the power board is not the culprit but your main board part # ***** and the part number could also be one of those , its all the same ;
where did you buy that power board
I mean which outfit/supplier ?
Can you exchange it for a main board there ?
Samsung parts sells it for $228 new but you could get a better deal I`m sure and it would be even better if your supplier had it in stock.
The exact number of yours should be BN94-02657D but then again they all sub each other .
Let me know if you need help finding it later on .
If that answers your question for now please do not forget to rate so i get paid for my time helping you or you can use the reply button before or after rating if you have other questions , thank you .
