I have Sony Smart TV model KDL 50 EX645. Using the remote supplied with the TV, when I press the red NETFLIX button I get the following message on the lower right side of the screen, "please wait and try again later". This same message appears when I press the Internet apps button. I am able to get Netflix on my iPad. Please advise

Hi, Were you able to get Netflix previously on the Sony? Is it connected to the Internet (meaning you've completed the setup and a connection test, and it passed)?
