My directv & Sharp TV have to be turned on separately. The screen color on my Harmony remote is a reddish pink(used to be blue when it was working properly)for the "watch tv" screen.
The tv goes to the last channel that was on when it was working, when I change the channel it goes to "analog".
I have tried all the input modes but none sync the directv & TV.
I have unplugged the directv & removed & reinstalled the card.
I can control the volume & the channel change with the remote.

This issues are all related to a remote fault. It has nothing to do with the directv box, the card, the cabling, etc.

This is either a memory glitch or hardware fault in the remote.

As an initial step, please remove the battery from the harmony remote for 60+ seconds to reboot it.
