The TV was originally set up for Direct TV. I now have Comcast Cable. I hit the # ***** on the remote and I can't get the TV to work. I followed the instructions to connect back to my home internet, but I think it's going back to the Direct Tv channels. Can I delete the Direct Tv link so it will only find my internet/cable?

Hi, This question is very confusing. First- if you don't have DirecTv anymore- then there's no possible way it could be "going back to the DirecTv channels". I will need you to elaborate as much as possible to solve this:

1) What's the model number off of the back of the TV?

2) What remote are you using?

3) Do you receive Comcast cable through a "BOX"?

4) How is this box connected to the TV (what port on the back of the TV)?

All of this info is needed in order to solve this so please reply back.
