Every time I run channel scan, it runs it, then I get a screen that once again asks to run a channel scan.

Hi, Are you sure you're supposed to be running a channel scan?

In other words, are you using a cable box with the TV and was it working just fine before?

Usually if this is the case, the TV's Input simply got changed and you will just want to press the Input button to put it back to where it was.

Let me know what happens when you try that.
