I have a Sony Bravia, Model KDL 46EX500. I recently switched from TimeWarner to DIRECTv and when I turn on the tv, I get a "no signal" message and have to reset the Direct tuner every time. Have you had others complain about this problem? Direct has been unable to fix the problem.

So its the TV you are resetting NOT the box?the tuner is in the box

I really do not understand why you asked the question then?have you upgraded the firmware but still have the issue?

I just wanted an answer not a free trial or membership.I thought I agreed to pay $5 but I see an additional charge of $28, so I have stopped the authorization.
