Hello, my name is*****'ll be happy to assist you. I need additional info of TV symptoms to troubleshoot the problem. This is not an answer so do not rate it.
- Was there any storm in area that might have caused this issue in TV?
- Any other problem in TV prior to this issue occurred?
OK, it seems TV firmware (internal software) has corrupted for some reason, probably the EEPROM (memory) chip failure thus color bar and input list appear, need to replace main board of TV to resolve the issue.
