First thing you want to do is RESET the tv and the ATT box by unplugging the POWER cords to both. Wait 3 minutes and then plug the back in. If that doesn't help then REPLY back here and tell me which port on the back of the ATT box you are using-
screw on connector (coax cable)
yellow + white/red cables
green/red/blue + white/red
