My grandson hooked up s X box to our TV which was connected

Customer Question

My grandson hooked up his X box to our TV which was connected to the TVA 50. When he unhooked it, we could not get any sound. We then disconnected the Right/left TV variable line out and connected it to the TV and we had sound from the TV. He must have changed something in the TVA 50 to have caused us t lose the sound. What could it be?

Hi lol, kids, don't ya just love em;-)

It sounds like he changed the output possibly.

But do you use external speakers for your TV's sound?

And if so, what do you use?

Or do you just not have sound from your TV's internal speakers?

Thank you

I am not at home and will have to get the information to you on the brand name of the speakers -- we do have external speakers from the TVA 50, but as to the TV itself, the speakers are internal.

Hi thanks,

which speakers aren't working as per your original request?

Internal to the TV, or the external?

And if its the external ones, do they run through an amp as well?

This one may be good to discuss over the phone. if you think so as well, let me know. I will send you a tech support form, if you accept that I can call you at your convenience, if not we can work here like this ;-)

Thanks
