Hi and welcome to JustAnswer,
Thank you for the question and your patience. Should you still need assistance for information purposes only...
Initially, bear with us; re-confirm and post back with the complete model number of the TV.
Additionally, is the TV directly connected to a cable feed? ...or is there a cable box? If the latter, what is the cable box's model number too? And please describe how the cable box is connected to the TV using what kind of cable(s).

oh my gosh, I dont know, , ,
I dont know any info on my tv, and dont know where to find it. i am severely disabled and sight impaired as well.
there is a cable box. dont know what kind of cables they are.

cable box is TIVO.

I understand.
Can you at least tell me the TV brand pls?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Panasonic HV
Expert:  Louie replied 1 year ago.
We will have to try several things due to a lot of unknowns.
First have you tried or can you please try unplugging both the Panasonic and the TIVO from the wall outlets? ...the idea is to simulate a soft RESET on both. Keep the 2 unplugged for an extended period of time to help dissipate residual power inside.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
NOPE. DIDNT DO ANYTHING

extended period of time..." would be as it implies, not just minutes; perhaps an hour or even more.
Can you try this please?
Thereafter, turn on the TIVO first and then after a minute or 2, the TV. Once turned on and if "...message, "chaanel not available (no signal)..." persist, press on the TV's AV button or INPUT SELECT button or a button to such effect a couple of times with slight pauses in between until the TIVO/cable programs are shown.
Please post back how things turned up and/or should additional information be needed.
