my JVC television clicks on then immediately clicks off. what component in the unit controls this? I changed the outside 'push button' didn't help frank

a metal box on the circuit board 'clicks' when on/off activates....this has the
coaxial antenna lead attached to it.

of course I've tried different remotes. this is an internal problem
on an otherwise excellent TV.

Hi Frank,

The power is controlled by the power supply board.

If the power supply board has a fault, the TV will click off again.

The power supply board will likely need to be replaced.
