Hello and sorry you're having problems. The TV will display No Signal when either:
1) The Input is not on the correct option (using Vizio's Input button).
2) A cable has failed (most common when HDMI is used).
3) The TV has a hardware failure.
Please let me know what is connected to this Vizio, and using what type of cable (for example: DirecTv Box with HDMI cable, etc.).
