Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.

Does this happen with all inputs/sources? (cable/satellite, dvd, antenna, game, media/apps, etc)?
Are yo using only the built in tv speakers, or any external surround/theater system?

John, again, please reply back to me here on the original question:

Posting new questions costs you more and delays my ability to help. I've closed your other one as a duplicate and am awaiting your reply. You now have 3 open questions and are paying triple what you'd need to. It makes more work for me following behind to clean those up, and detracts from me being able to help with the original problem. Please reply back to me here, otherwise I'll have to opt out and won't be able to help you.

I understand you have time warner, and no extra speakers.
Is there a cable box, or just basic cable?
Can you please try to test another device, such as a cable box from another tv, a dvd player, etc, even just temporarily?
Can you also please try a quick reboot of the TW box, by unplugging power to it for 60+ seconds?
