Faults like this are usually caused by the Y scan board and maybe the buffers its bad timing by this board that does not ignite the plasma gas sufficiently are you looking to carry out work yourself with the set?

Well first you will need to check with a meter the Vs and Va scan voltages on the power-board they will be marked on the power-board as Vs or Va or Vsus let me know what the se voltages are please, there is a sticker on the panel that indicates what they should be
