We have a sharp TV that now is showing the picture on half the screen. The other half is blank or has stripes. I'm sure there is a setting, but I can't find it. Please help!

- Can you please get me the model number written on back of TV?
- What video devices/ sources (such as cable box DVD player etc) are connected to TV and does the problem occur on all video input sources?
- Is TV menu screen also affected?

Have you tried to unplug TV power cord from wall outlet for 10 minutes to reset, replug back in and check?
This way we will eliminate any wrong setting cause.

Did that. Plugged back in. TV power works but no programming from cable. This is way worse.
