I am trying to connect a BOSE home entertainment system but i keep getting a message that says the sound is not supported. We have been working on it for hours. Surround sound comes through cable and blue ray but not for TV....we know it will work because we tried it on another HDIM compatible tv...
we wouldjust like to watch tv with surround sound...

Your TV may not be compatible with the security settings on your wireless router.
Try temporarily disabling the wireless security and let me know if the TV can then connect ok.
