Vizio TV E370UL: "internet not connect" when trying to use Netflex streaming! Troubleshooting suggest we go to HDM1 then "network" on remote and we don't have that capability.
We are an old couple trying to keep up!

Yes, on the screen it says, "not connected to Internet." Using our remote, Internet trouble shooting says to go to HDM setting and select 'Network.' Our TV HDM does not have the option of 'Network.' What do we do?

The TV model number mentioned in question, E370VL, isn't smart TV nor it has capability to connect to internet so there would be another device hooked to TV for internet connectivity to get Netflix video streaming.
Can you please check what video devices/ sources are hooked to TV?
