I own Phillps Smart TV Model 49PFL4609/F7.
I am in the apps section trying to connect with facebook. I can get clear through the process until I reach the pin number. As soon as I enter the number and reentry, the message pops up that I have been deactivated due to info not accepted. I have tried this three times using a new pin each time with same response. What is the problem?
