I have a digital TV and live in Australia. I can get all channels

Customer Question

I have a digital TV and live in Australia. I can get all channels but when I select channel 2, 23 or 23 which is the abc on the remote control it does not change channels it stays on the existing channels. I try all the other channels and it is fine just those 3 channels I cannot get. Is there a problem with the antenna or is it a TV problem?

Hello my name is Anthony
Welcome
Thanks for the Question

Sorry you're having trouble does it actually "change" to say 23 but there is nothing on there or does it not go to 23 (for example)

Are you watching via an antenna?

I am not sure I just am watching the TV at home

Nerolie you will have a satellite or cable box under the TV or near the TV if you are watching via a box, I need to know this in order to move forwards...

I do not understand as I am not tech savvy. Sorry
