About 10.5 volts at the voltage regulator chip
I replaced diode 640, 607 610.
I replaced the 2 5w 2.2 Ohm resistors and r608
I replaced transistor Q601 and voltage reg. Q600
What is needed to make this set work?

Hi there,
It is likely that there is a fault on the power supply board.
You can either replace the power supply board, or continue attempting to troubleshoot the fault at component level.
To troubleshoot at component level, you will need appropriate test equipment and a copy of the schematics. If you do not already have these, they are available at:
