My Samsung 58" Plasma TV seems to not want to "boot up"

Customer Question

My Samsung 58" Plasma TV seems to not want to "boot up" when it is initially turned on. The screen image is totally obscured by horizontal lines sometimes and vertical lines at other times. On occasion the TV image will be a solid blue screen. After four or five times of the TV recycling automatically, the picture eventually will come into view. It seems like the picture just doesn't want to start until after it cycles several times.
