If you changed the password ***** don't remember it, you can restore to factory settings using the following method:
NOTE: This will reset ALL settings you may have modified and possibly you saved channel listing..
Press the MENU button to display the OSD main menu.
2. Press ▲ or ▼ to select the “OPTION” menu.
3. Press ENTER or ► to enter “OPTION” menu.
4. Press ▲ or ▼ to select “Restore Default”, then press ►
to restore the factory default setting.
5. Select “Yes” and press ENTER to confirm the setting.
After doing this you should be able to use 0000 as a password.

If the default code of 0000 does not work any longer, there is on need to factory reset. In fact, when it is locked, it won't generally let you access the reset settings anyway, which would defeat the purpose of a security code in the first place.
There is a service tech override code you can use instead though. On the password ***** enter 3660, and from there you can change/unlock the system.
Best regards,
Nathan
