Our JVC Smart TV gives the following error messages:
Unfortunately, Launcher has stopped.
Unfortunately, TV has stopped.
And it also showed something about settings.
I can get picture but no sound. If I click on OK it takes the message away, but it shows again basically immediately.
I have switched the tv off at the tv itself and back on again and let it load, but it still does the same. Switching the power off and back on after a few minutes doesn't work either.
PLEASE help. My hubby is going to be really upset when he gets home and the tv doesn't work.
