I have a Samsung. BN44-00444A board. When i switch my TV on

I have a Samsung. BN44-00444A board. When i switch my TV on the relay cycle clicking noise 5 times and stops. It does not come on.
There are no bulging capacitors. The voltage on VA and VS are reading 0.

Disconnect the left and right hand scan boards then take the Vs and Va voltages again does it now come up?

Yes the set has to be plugged into wallpower

we have put the meter on vs and plugged the tv in and the volts go to 207 then back to 0.

Have you disconnected the plugs from the powerboard or is this with the plugs connected?

ok, if you can just tell us where to start checking we will start from the beginning. TV is unplugged and all cables are plugged to main board. where do we need to go from here

OK you need to check the Vs and Va voltages set plugged in and switched ON (all plugs in on all boards)

the red light is blinking so I assume it is on. VS is 0 volts dc; VA 0 volts DC. After we check the volts the green led in the back starts clicking on and off
