Every time we change from Netflicks to regular cable, I get this message "No signal for current input device" I'm using HDMI 2 as HDMI 1 won't work at all.

Hello and sorry you're having problems. How long have you owned the set for and when did the problem occur please? Also, how exactly do you receive broadcasts on the set (cable/SAT box, etc.)? What have you tried so far?
