We have an LG smart tv and an LG sound bar. We went to Netflix and had sound then returned to tv and no longer have sound. Help!!!!

Hello and sorry you're having problems. When you say "returned to TV", do you mean a Cable Box?

If you're using a Cable or SAT box for regular TV, then please try a hard reboot of the cable box by disconnecting it from power, then disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI cable on both ends making sure it is secure. Then plug the cable box back into power and once it reboots check and see if you have sound.
