Why does the picture on my flat screen tv keep going black/red colour?
Hello my name is Anthony
Thanks for the Question

I may be a few minutes between each request for info thanks for your patience!

Sorry for delay

Does it do the same if you use another input like a dvd or a bluray?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

sorry we havnt got ether

Could you borrow one?I know the request sounds odd but we take a dvd player in the field on calls so we can eliminate things like freesat and satellite boxes\cable boxes their is no real other way of doing that, if its doing the same with another input its likely to be the box you see

Let me know please

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

sorry for the delay, just got hold of a dvd player up to now it seems to be ok.

Hi Wendy

Your going to have to run it for at least 4 hours so you are confident that ITS NOT doing this with the dvd\bluray, then you could reboot the freesat by unplugging from wallpower waiting 5 mins then replugging back in, if its the same after that you have a bad freesat box

Please let me know if you need more info
