Tech1, Read through a previous question that was resolved and you could have been talking to me. Same exact issue, different model.
TV remote- only power button works.
TV set- only power button works.

Previous answer was main board. Cannot find one for my model.

- How old is the TV and how long it have had this problem?
- Does power indicator light blinks on TV front?

Just over a year old. Problem started last night. Before factory reset the red led blinked 8 times.

OK, does screen show faint glow when TV turns On?
Do you get any display or menu screen show up if press Home button?
- have you tried to unplug TV power cord from wall outlet for 10 minutes to reset, replug and check?

No faint glow, I see snow. I unplugged all devices. All buttons will not work except power on remote and tv. Unplugged all day today. Still doing it now.

So screen has snow that means backlight is working.

How long TV stays On/ Power up and does it ever go to shut off itself?

Before factory reset it would shut off and back on every 15-20 sec. After reset it stays on but snow only and only power buttons work.

OK, can you please unplug wire from LAN port of TV as test, turn it On and check?
TV could get stuck to establish internet connection that is why we get other buttons non functional.

Excellent Matt, now please reset TV one more time to factory settings, replug Ethernet wire back in TV and perform network settings to establish internet connection and check.
