- Can you please get the model number written on back of TV?
- How old is it and how long it have had the problem?
- Have you tried to unplug TV power cord from wall socket for 10 minutes to reset, replug and check?

TV stuck on standby mode is an indication of internal failure and possible cause is either power supply board or main board isn't working properly and causing this problem.
Further troubleshooting is required with voltmeter to check power supply output volts to determine what board is defective to get it replaced in TV, I'm sorry for no good news about TV,
It would be hard to find replacement board for this TV because its not common or popular brand and only option left with us to contact Kogan Support to get replacement board.

But that route may cost good money if TV is out of warranty and you might feel comfortable to go for new TV. I'm sorry there is no easy or quick fix for this problem and it is definitely hardware failure in TV.
