Yes it does, its an n series. Please unplug the router and the tv along with resetting the tv, then plug router back in then tv back in after router gets going again please try to once again connect. If it will not then as tests please connect a cable between the tv and router at min cat5e and let me know if that works. Next make sure the tv is updated if available if not then update as needed which may resolve the problem. If none of the above resolves the issue just le me know and we can diagnose it further.
In some cases the wpa passcodes are case sensitive, please make sure of cap and lower case letters.

The unplugging doesn't work. I don't think I can connect the cable: they're at opposite ends of the house (around 50 feet). Not sure about TV updates. I'll be going out shortly.
On your tv please try auto and if that does not work then Change Settings: Use this option to manually enter the advanced settings of yournetwork, such as the IP Address, the Subnet Mask, the Default Gateway, thePreferred DNS Server, and the Alternate DNS Server.
If that still does not work then please let me know the exact error coming up when trying to connet by using test connection.

I didn't get a reply to my last update, that I didn't know what info to enter. Anyway, the connection on the TV looks like it might not work, and we've decided to try Roku. I'm uncertain of what rating to give you; you put time and effort into this, but I didn't get it resolved, and I don't know that I should be out the full amount of money.
