My 58 samsung plasma television keeps displaying the store

Resolved Question:

My 58'' samsung plasma television keeps displaying the store demo. When I press info on the remote, the store demo dialaog box appears but I am unable to switch it off using arrows on remote. I tried pressing enter and other functions on remote but with no success.

press vol down on the tv

when the volume bar still on the screen

press menu on the remote

you should go into the demo on/off screen

turn off

or press volume on tv while still shownig press and hold menu on the tv for 5 secs

and if no luck we can go into the service menu and reset the whole tv
