I have a 55 inch samsung model hl56a650c1fxza version pk01 when plugged in the red light is on -- when i turn it on from the tv -- it turns on -no picture - then clicks one time. when i use the remote and turn it on - the green light comes on and then it clicks one time and then turns off. I just replaced the bulb.

no meter on hand and sketchy with reading the meter

ok this is what we really need to do anything else is guesswork

no -- sound at all

sounds like you have a power supply issue did you trip the blue switch to run the tv with the lamp door off the tv?

Customer:

yes i held the blue switch in place and tried to turn -- same response as before

ok we need to look at power supply voltages or replace the power supply if you want to guess

how difficult is it to change the power supply

when i pull the board and see some bad capacitors could i just change out those that are bad or should i just change the whole board

the 2 LARGE capacitors on this board fail they show no physical signs
