Hello, my name is Shahid, I'll be happy to assist you,
I'm sorry you are having this difficulty.
Please allow me to ask you a few questions about your TV so that we can troubleshoot the issue.

- Do you get full of lines screen on all connected video sources in TV like watching cable or Bluray/ DVD etc?

- How old is the TV and how long it have had the problem?

Thanks.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
TV is 4 years old and I get the lines on all sources except for the VGA input . The problem is less then 3 weeks old .

Thanks Billy for the reply.

- Is it possible if you upload / provide picture of TV screen having those lines so I can see it?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.
I'm not sure how to do that but they are rainbow colored lines across all of the TV
Expert:  Shahid replied 3 years ago.
Please use digital camera to take picture, transfer it in computer and upload it any photo sharing site like http://minus.com/

Open that page, drag and drop picture file and click upload, when finished, copy the link and post it here so I can view it.

Thanks.
