Hello WelcomeThanks for the Question7 blinks can be failure of the scan boards and buffers, please check for bad capacitors first on the powerboard, look for leaking /ballooning/raised domed tops, then come back here pleaseAnthony
caps look good. do i need to remove the boards and check them all with a meter? none of them are misshapen in the usual way.
