Hi. I'm Steve. I'm sorry to hear about your TV. I will try my best to give you a precise and accurate answer.

Ok, plug one of your devices back on. How about the BluRay? Are you using HDMI with that?

Let me know.

Customer replied 255 days and 4 hours ago.

I apologize for the delay in my response to you.

I am also having some problems with my computer, so I am not sure if this communication went through to you. So here goaes again:

-I have not used the Bluray since it was purchased & installed this past November.

-All of my devices are still plugged in. However, I turned the TV off with the TV remote. Occasionally, I have turned the TV on usingthe Control device on the side of the TV.

-From that position, a Drop down Menu appeared, which allowed me to maneuver through HDMI-1 - HDMI-3 settings. TV would only come on temporarily.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Ok but can you at least turn on the BluRay that is connected to the TV, then try and cycle through the HDMI connections again.

Hopefully at some point you will see the BluRay screen.

Let me know.

Steve

Hi Steve

-Took your suggestion..turned BluRay on, went through the cycles, then turned it off.

-Turned Tv on using remote & it came on. BlueRay went off.

-Turned TV off using remote. Attempted to turn TV back on.

-Repeated the BuuRay initiation..then turn TV on using remote & it came on.

-So for right now, all things are working fine. Just hope that it lasts.

-Thanks very much. How long are you available to me for tech support..just in case this waorks for a day or so?
