my Sumsang TV when you turn the power on, its just click and click but nothing was showing up in pictures tube.

Hi,Thank you for asking your question today. In these units when the power cycles on / off / on / off it is usually caused by faulty capacitors in the power supply. The capacitors fail causing the 12 and 5 volts voltage lines to be loaded down, this intern prevents the unit from powering on and causes it to cycle. This is a well known issue among many samsung LCD TV's. There is class action law suit that was settled by samsung provided a free repair for this issue.. If you elect to not take advantage of the free repair and are trying to repair this unit yourself please reply and I will happy to assist further. if Ill pick to repair myself. what parts to i need to replace and where is it located? And where can i purchase the parts?

The first step you will have to do is remove the rear cover and inspect the power supply for faulty capacitors, most of the time they are clearly visable with the tops cracked or expanded upwards. They will have to be replaced. Excellent soldering skills and proper soldering equipment is required as to not damage the circuit board. If you want to make this repair yourself I will upload a picture of the circuit board with the caps in question for you to look for. once you have I dentified any bad ones I will get you the part numbers to order them.
The capacitors in question are the ones circled in red.
