My Sony 32" Bravia TV that I purchased new from WalMart on Nov. 11, 2011 keeps shutting off. I have reset it to factory settings but it still does it. What is wrong?
Optional Information: Make: Sony Bravia Model: KDL-32BX310 Already Tried: I have reset it to the factory settings. I have never set it to go off at a specific time. Is the only way I can get an answer on this is to pay for it? Why can't I just return it for another one? This TV is a second one for my guest room, so it has not had a lot of use.
I am not certain what are you are looking for here on this site, This an independant site called justanswer.com we answer technical questions for fee. If your Tv was bought in November of 2011 it is still under Sony's manufacturers warranty, the uit is warranty for 1 year parts and 1 year labor.
You can set up warranty service by calling sony directly at 1 XXX XXX XXXX if the unit has a problem, from you are explaining there most likely is something internally wrong with the unit that will have to addressed on a service level.
